Greek chicken with lemon, rosemary and feta cheese

Ingredients4chicken breasts1 tablespoonolive oil1 1/2 teaspoonsfresh rosemary1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice1/4 teaspoonsalt1/8 teaspoonground black pepper1 tablespoonbutter1/3 cupfeta cheese, crumbled






















Directions  Preheat the broiler.  Coat chicken with oil and sprinkle both sides with rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  Over medium heat, melt butter and cook chicken until just done.  Press the feta cheese on to the chicken breast.  Broil the chicken until the cheese is golden, about 2 minutes.  Baste with pan juices and serve.Nutritional analysis per servingCalories (kcal)not providedTotal fat (g)not providedSaturated fat (g)not providedCarbohydrate (mg)not providedSodium (mg)not provided
