Ingredients3 loavesfrozen bread dough3 cups, plus 1 1/2 cupsbrown sugar3/4 cups, plus 2 teaspoonscinnamon1 teaspoonginger1 teaspoonallspice2 cupschopped pecans3 tablespoonsflour1 cup, plus 1/2 cupmelted butter

Directions

Allow the bread dough to
rise as per directions
on the bag.  After
the first rise, flatten
the dough with a rolling
pin into a rectangular
shape about 1/4-inch
thick.

With a pastry brush,
brush melted butter onto
one side of the
dough.  Combine 3
cups of brown sugar, 3/4
cups of cinnamon and
flour; sift or stir well
and spread evenly
amongst the three loaves
of bread.

Roll the dough as
tightly as possible
horizontally so the
dough is as long as
possible.  Once
dough is rolled, cut
every two inches.

Place rolls in a
greased pan close enough
together that they are
touching.  Place in
a warm humid area and
allow to raise for an
additional 30 to 45
minutes.

In the meantime,
combine the remainder of
the butter, brown sugar,
cinnamon, ginger,
allspice and the
pecans.  Stir in a
saucepan over medium
high heat until sugar
and spices are
dissolved.

Once rolls have
risen, pour the pecan
mixture over the top and
bake in a 350-degree
oven until the outside
of the rolls are crispy
and and dark golden
brown
