Ingredients6 ounceschicken breast with skin, grilled1Roma tomato, sliced1/2red onion, sliced thin1tortilla, warmed6 ouncescream cheese6 ouncesstrawberries in syrup, sliced2chipotle peppers, diced
Directions Combine the cream cheese, strawberries, and chipotle peppers in a processor and whip until fine textured. Spread the cream cheese mixture out on a warm tortilla. Layer the grilled chicken breast with the tomatoes and onions. Wrap the tortilla, hold together with toothpicks and slice in a diagonal manner for better presentation.
