Ingredients4grilled chicken breasts, cubed2/3 cupchopped fresh pineapple2/3 cupgrapes, halved1/4 cupsunflower seedsto tastesalt and pepper1 teaspooncelery seed1 teaspoongarlic powder2 tablespoonshoney2/3 - 1 cupmayonnaise
Directions
Combine all ingredients and
stir until all chicken is
coated. Add more mayonnaise
or honey according to your
taste. Serve with
bread to make a sandwich, or
on a bed of lettuce for a
salad.
