Ingredients


1 cup
all-purpose flour


1 cup
wheat bran


1 teaspoon
baking soda


1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon


1/4 cup
canola oil


1 cup
mashed bananas


1/2 cup
brown sugar


1 large 
egg


1/2 cup
chopped walnuts (optional)




Directions




1)    
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a bowl, mix together the
flour, wheat bran, baking soda, and cinnamon.  Set aside.




 
2)    In a mixing bowl, beat together oil and
bananas. Add brown sugar and egg, mixing well.




 
3)   Add the dry ingredients, stirring just until
blended.




 
4)   Stir in walnuts.




  
5)  Spoon into paper lined muffin tins.  Bake 15
minutes.

1 cup
sliced bananas, frozen


1/2 cup
vanilla ice cream or whipped topping




Directions




Mix ingredients together in a blender.
