Hot artichoke crab dip

Ingredients2 clovesgarlic1 tablespoonolive oil1 6-ounce cancrab meat2 cupsAlfredo sauce3 tablespoonssherry1 14.5-ounce canartichoke hearts, chopped1/4 cupparsley, chopped1/2 teaspoonlemon zest
















Directions  Prepare the Alfredo sauce first according to the recipe (it's in a separate listing on this Web site) and set aside.
   In a medium sauce pan, lightly sauté the garlic in the oil.  Add the crab meat, Alfredo sauce and artichoke hearts and simmer.  Continue to simmer over low heat about 5 minutes, or until heated  through.  Add the parsley and lemon zest just before service.  An option for service would be to hollow out a loaf of sour dough bread and fill with the dip. Nutritional analysis per servingCalories (kcal)49.7Total fat (g)2.0Saturated fat (g)0.3
