cup of corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 cup of pecan halves or pieces
1 unbaked pie crust
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
2 ounces of caramel sauce
Stir
the first five ingredients thoroughly with a spoon or whisk until all is
combined. Mix in pecans, apples and one ounce of caramel.
Empty into unbaked pie shell. Drizzle remaining caramel over the
top of the pie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
